Each fact deserves its own record
Identity, contact information, services, equipment quantities, service area, certifications and memberships are reviewed separately. We identify the source and review date for each category when available.
Understand the status
Unverified and Pending mean that review is incomplete. Owner Confirmed records a company statement. Cross-Checked indicates comparison with another source. Manually Verified records an administrator review. Conflicting Information, Outdated and Needs Review identify records that need attention. Automatically Verified is reserved for a documented automated check; this release does not run an automated crawler.
Verification has limits
A reviewed address does not prove performance, insurance coverage or equipment availability. A certification record requires its own evidence. Confirm current requirements directly with the provider and issuer before relying on a credential.
Correct a record
Use the contact form to report a discrepancy. Include the company, the specific field and an accessible supporting source. Approved company representatives may also submit changes through the portal.
