What does Pending confirmation mean?
A listing or claim has not yet been confirmed against supporting evidence. Company identity, contact details, equipment and credentials must be checked before hiring. A listing and its scores do not establish verification or endorsement.
Does a claim give immediate editing access?
No. An administrator reviews each claim. Approval connects the company to your account. Your subsequent changes and photos also require review before appearing publicly.
Does verified mean insured or certified?
No. Verification is recorded by category. Read the specific certification and source records, and confirm any insurance or job requirements directly.
Why did my radius search return no results?
A radius search needs coordinates. Enter a city or ZIP already represented in the directory, or provide latitude and longitude in advanced search. Otherwise choose any distance and search by text.
How do I correct something?
Use the contact form and identify the listing and field. If you represent the business, claim the listing so you can submit updates from your company portal.
