Traceable records
Important updates are retained in the internal history with original and current values, source details, dates, status and administrator context. Public profiles summarize sources and review dates without exposing private CRM notes.
Freshness and confidence
A timestamp says when an action was recorded, not that a fact will remain correct indefinitely. Confidence is an administrator-maintained assessment. Missing dates are shown as not recorded rather than invented.
Company contributions
Owner-supplied information is distinct from independently cross-checked data. Approval to publish an update does not make the underlying statement independently verified. Certification issuers and associations are not implied to endorse the platform.
Corrections
Send the company name, disputed information and supporting source using the contact form. We review submissions and may correct, qualify or archive records. The platform preserves a history of changes.
Records awaiting confirmation
Pending confirmation means that supporting evidence is still required. Listed equipment quantities, scores and credentials should not be treated as established facts until the corresponding records have been reviewed.
