Match equipment to conditions
Ask each contractor to explain the equipment it proposes, the available quantity and how it will manage access and dust. Availability in a directory is not a reservation.
Agree on communication
Name a site contact and establish how schedule changes and completion will be reported. Confirm disposal responsibilities and site safety procedures in the contract.
